The trip cancellation coverage begins when the plan has been selected and the required plan cost has been paid. All other benefits on the day you depart on your trip. Note: if you are purchasing a one-way ticket, then your coverage ends when you arrive at the scheduled destination.

Worldwide Assistance Services are non-insurance services providing Travel Assistance (such as, travel arrangements, pre-trip information and multi-lingual translation and interpretation services), Medical Assistance (i.e., referrals to local medical or dental providers, prescription drug replacement, replacement eyeglasses & contact lenses), along with Emergency Services (emergency medical and dental assistance, legal assistance and family travel arrangements). These services can be accessed by calling 1-877-303-5909 or, from outside the US or Canada, call collect: 1-516-342-4594.

Please contact your travel provider as soon as possible to notify them that you are unable to make the trip. Note: filing a travel claim does not cancel your trip. After notifying your travel provider, you can then visit www.aontravelclaim.com to file a claim.
